Any fraudulent activity will be documented and all accounts related to it will be immediately closed. All funds from these accounts will be confiscated.

Securing your electronic transactions requires us to be provided with some of your data, including your preferred deposit method.

When you deposit funds we will need the following documents:

A copy of your valid passport with the signature page.
Copies of your credit cards used to make the deposit

(front side with only the last 4 digits visible, back side with the CVV covered).
A copy of a recent bill to your name and address.
A signed document of the history of your online transactions.

When should I provide these documents?
We appreciate that you take the time to provide us with all the necessary documents as soon as you can, in order to avoid any delay in the processing of your transactions. We need the receipt of all necessary documents before making cash transactions.
In certain circumstances, we may need to request these documents before allowing other activities in your account, such as deposits or trades.

Please note that if we do not receive the necessary documents on file, your outstanding withdrawals will be canceled and credited to your trading account. We will inform you about this case through our system.

Upon depositing funds into a trading account we ask that the following documentation be provided:

Identification card - a Front and back colored copy of a valid ID card, (can be a passport or a driver's license).

Proof of address - a Utility bill (phone, electricity, or similar) or a bank statement from the last 3 months, containing full name and address.
Proof of funds (POF) - a document or documents that demonstrate a person or entity has the ability and funds available for a specific transaction. Proof of funds usually comes in the form of a bank, security, or custody statement. The purpose of the proof of funds document is to ensure that the funds needed to execute the transaction fully are accessible and legitimate.
Proof of wealth (POW) - a document or documents that demonstrate the activities that have generated the total net worth of the client that is, the activities that produced the client’s funds and property.

Proof of payment – must be provided for any new credit/debit card that is used to make a deposit to the trading account. Front side colored copy - Showing only the last 4 digits, expiration date and cardholder name. Backside colored copy – Showing only last 4 card digits and the signature.

Declaration of Deposit Form – to be printed, filled in accordingly, signed (handwritten only) and submitted after every deposit made to the trading account. You can download the form here.
